Squad Training Sunday 17th 2-3:30pm (February 14, 2008)
Due to the fact that we have a number of Competitions on the Horizon means we are stepping up training. Make sure you are there this Sunday 17th at the Hut 2pm-3:30pm...no karate suits just training gear.
